Terms and Conditions

SECURITY:

Credit card transactions are processed directly through PayPal.  You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.  Please review PayPal's privacy policy.   We do not keep your personal credit card details on file.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the day merchandise is received.  Merchandise must be accompanied by receipt  and be unused and in good condition in order to receive a refund/ credit/exchange.

Refunds/exchanges, store credits will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise (less the original shipping charges).

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the sender. Packages must have a tracking number. COD shipments will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for lost packages.

Custom orders  (names and initials) cannot be returned, please understand this before ordering.

SHIPPING:
All products are shipped from New York.
Domestic  and international orders are shipped  via USPS. Generally domestic oreders take between 5-10 business days for delivery once the order is processed.

International delivery times vary by country.  Please allow 1-3 weeks depending on your location.  Overseas shipments may be subject to duties which the buyer is responsible for.

We cannot guarantee arrival times for international shipments. Not all shipments can be tracked overseas - depending on their destination.  If you would like your package to be insured and tracked additional shipping costs apply. Please contact us for more details.

Please make sure that you have entered your current and correct shipping address at check out. If an address must be updated please let us know as soon as possible.   We are not responsible for the replacement of orders that are shipped to inaccurate addresses (that are provided by buyers).
